Filesharing: Wenn das Kind der Täter ist

Eine weitere BGH-Entscheidung zur Haftung des Internetanschlussinhabers bei illegalem Filesharing ist ergangen. Der Bundesgerichtshof befasste sich dieses Mal mit der Frage, ob der Inhaber eines Familienanschlusses sein Kind “verraten” muss, wenn er weiß, dass das Kind die Urheberrechtsverletzung mittels einer Filesharing-Software begangen hat.

They're not stupid - Advertising to children

Advertising targeted at children does not necessarily exploit their inexperience in business and does not unlawfully urge them to buy. The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has now dismissed a corresponding injunction action by the Federation of German Consumer Organisations with a judgment dated April 3, 2014 (I ZR 96/13 – Certificate Campaign).
