Dem Landgericht Berlin wurde eine einer wettbewerbsrechtlichen Abmahnung folgende Klage vorgelegt, bei der es um die Frage ging, inwieweit es sich bei fehlenden Angaben im Impressum einer Online Plattform um Bagatell-Verstöße handele, welche nicht kostenpflichtig abgemahnt werden dürfen.
